Shinto Shrine📍 Hiroshima, Japan
Itsukushima Shrine
厳島神社
Itsukushima Shrine on the island of Miyajima is one of Japan's most iconic sights, a UNESCO World Heritage Site whose vermilion halls stand on piers over the sea. At high tide the shrine and its great torii gate appear to float on the water, a scene ranked among Japan's three most celebrated views.
